This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Nagomi (the “Game”, package name io.github.indiedevpacipaci.nagomi), developed by PaciPaci (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”), handles information when you use it.

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Information We Collect

Information the Developer collects directly

None. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information about you. The Game has no login, no registration, and no contact forms.

Information collected by advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game displays advertisements using Google AdMob. It uses a single ad format — a rewarded ad, shown only when you deliberately choose to watch one in exchange for continuing a run. There are no banners and no ads that interrupt play.

This information is collected directly by Google and its advertising partners, not by us. It is used to deliver ads (including, with your consent where required, personalized ads), to measure ad performance, and to prevent fraud and abuse. Nagomi itself does not have access to this information.

Consent (EU / EEA / UK)

Where required by law (for example under the GDPR), the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “privacy” link on the Game's title screen (shown where the consent form applies), and you can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect any information ourselves. However, to serve and measure ads, the Google AdMob SDK transmits the data listed above — including your advertising identifier — to Google and its advertising partners, who handle it under their own privacy policies. In the terminology of Google Play’s Data safety section, this counts as sharing. We do not share data with any other third parties.

Data Security

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our own servers, there is no such data for us to secure. Data handled by Google AdMob is protected under Google's security practices.

Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). It contains no chat, no social features, and no in-app purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us so we can address it.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data (such as access, correction, or deletion). Since we do not hold any personal data about you, such requests are best directed to Google regarding data collected through AdMob (see the links above).
